Phoebe qualified for the MHSAA Girl's state tournament placing in the top 3 individuals at the regional golf match.

WINTER SPORTS START TODAY 

Winter sports start today with Girls BB and Cheer. Nov. 18th will be the start of Boys BB, Wrestling, and Ski. Remember that an athlete HAS to have a physical turned in BEFORE they can practice.

The Lakers had a great day to qualify for next week's state championship. The girls started things off with strong races from their top 3, seniors Anna Fedewa (3rd) Julia Bajt (5th) and Maggie Cooper (7th). Eva Tilton (24th) and Eryn Bouwhuis (32nd) rounded out the scoring for the second place Lakers. The boys had a strong one-two punch from Ian Hill (3rd) and Callen Carrier (4th) up front. The other 5 athletes all ran PR's (personal records), Carter Phillips (21st), Tyler Munch (24th) and Adam MacLeod (25th) rounded out the scoring and propelled the Lakers to a surpising 2nd place finish.
