Spring Lake hosted league-leading Hamilton on Friday and came up just short at the end 48-51. There were two games in one. Spring Lake dominated the first half with a 27-19 lead heading into the locker room. Unfortunately, Hamilton's experience kicked in during the second half to pull out the come-back victory.
Spring Lake was led by Ella Andree with 17 points and 7 rebounds. Brooke Bolthouse had 12 points and 5 assists. Alexa Carter added 9 points and 4 rebounds. Tessa Britt chipped in 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Annie Kipling also had 3 points.
Hamilton was led by Taylor VanderZwaag with 15 points.
Spring Lake falls to 4-5 overall (1-4 OK Blue). Hamilton is 9-3 overall (5-0 OK Blue)
