GRAND RAPIDS CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL: 64

The Spring Lake Lakers battled and hung in there for three quarters, but the size and athleticism of the Eagles wore the Lakers down, outscoring them 21-7 in the 4th quarter ultimately leading to a 64-39 loss for the red and gray. Spring Lake did cut the deficit to 39-32 with under two minutes remaining in the third quarter, but it was all GR Christian from that point on. Zane Stahl led the offense with 13 points while Eli Morrison added 9. The Lakers graduate senior captains, Carter Ball and Jack Duggins, who provided outstanding leadership both on and off the court and will be missed! The Lakers finish their season with a 14-9 record and won their 7th District Championship in the past 10 years.
