The Lakers traveled to Calvin Christian for a tournament and finished 2nd in the gold bracket.  The Lakers started off pool play with two wins against Tri Unity (25-20, 25-21) and Covenant Christian (25-17, 25-21).  The Lakers then played in another pool and split with Ludington (25-23, 11-25) and beating Zion Christian (25-12, 25-18).   Moving into the gold bracket, the Lakers played Allendale and won by points scored (19-25, 25-17) and lost to Ludington to end the day (21-25, 20-25).  The Lakers ended up earning second place on the day!  

Leading the Laker offense was Katherine Penning with 28 kills and Ella Gapczynski with 22 kills.  From the service line, the Lakers served 33 aces on the day.  Avery Britt had 9 aces and Lauren Nicles had 7 aces.  Delivering for the Laker offense were setters Kara Constantine and Avery Britt with 47 assists and 41 assists, respectively.  The Laker defense at the net was led by Ella Gapczynski with 14 blocks and Aliya Williams with 9 blocks on the day.  Lauren Nicles kept the Laker defense alive with 57 digs on the day while Brooke Bolthouse and Brooklyn Beeler each had 36 digs a piece.   

The Lakers are now 12-13-3 on the season.
